Can I change plans at any time? +
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. When you upgrade your new features are available immediately. When you downgrade it takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens to my QR codes if I downgrade? +
Your existing QR codes keep working forever. Basic QRs are free forever. AI landing pages become read-only if you drop below the limit — they still redirect, just can't create new ones.
Do Apple Wallet passes work without the Business plan? +
No — Apple Wallet pass generation requires the Business plan. This is because each pass requires a signed Apple Developer certificate which has an annual cost.
Is there a GoHighLevel integration? +
Yes — API access for GoHighLevel and other platforms is available as an add-on. Contact us at api@qraivy.com for API plan pricing starting at €49/month.
What payment methods are accepted? +
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. SEPA bank transfer available on annual plans. All prices include VAT where applicable.
